The things gift-buyers ask
Why isn’t this a subscription?
A gift should not leave the recipient with an unexpected bill. You pay once, and the gift does not renew automatically. The recipient will only pay more if they choose to make another purchase.
What does “twenty-five years of safekeeping” mean?
Everything the recipient captures is kept in encrypted UK storage for twenty-five years from the day they redeem, with no subscription needed to keep it safe and no separate storage fee. It’s included in the £95.
What if they want more than 50 stories?
They can turn their gift into a subscription at any time and keep telling stories, with nothing lost. Everything they’ve already recorded stays safe for the full 25 years. Or they can simply stop: their fifty stories stay safe either way.
Will I be able to see their stories?
Their stories are theirs, and private unless they choose to share them. Sharing with family is planned for 2027 and isn’t included today. When it arrives, they’ll be able to send you the ones they want you to see.
Can both parents use it?
Yes. One gift covers both parents. They each sign in as themselves, and can tell stories on their own phone or tell one together.
Can I buy more than one gift?
Yes. Buy as many as you like. Each comes with its own redemption code, and you can choose a separate delivery date and personal message for every one.
Is a printed book included?
Yes. Printed books launch in early 2027, and the gift includes one hardcover of their stories. It’s ready to print 30 days after you buy the gift, and it stays with the account that redeems it. Delivery is included to the UK, US, Canada and the EU; elsewhere we ask £15 towards delivery.
