4.3 The licence continues only for as long as your content remains stored on the Platform, subject to deletion, account closure, and legal or technical retention requirements.

5.1 You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload:

• is your own original work or that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use it;
• does not infringe copyright, privacy, or other rights of third parties; and

5.3 StoryMoments does not independently verify ownership or permissions relating to user content.

5.4 StoryMoments does not proactively monitor user content for copyright ownership or compliance and relies on users and rights holders to notify us of potential infringements.

6. Prohibited Use of Third-Party Content

6.1 You must not upload content that:

• you do not own or have permission to use;
• infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights; or

9. Reporting Copyright Concerns

9.2 Any notice should include:

• identification of the copyrighted work;
